Mostly Sativa hybrid, Purple Elephant [Hash Plant x Purple Urkel] x [ChemDawg x bitter Diesel]

“Purple Elephant” (Hashplant) x “Snowman” (Chemdog bitter Diesel)

One of the densest, driest samples we’ve had in quite a while, the spear-shaped nug was hard to break up without the help of a grinder. The trichomes appeared from a distance to be busted up and broken, however upon closer examination, they were mostly intact and cloudy. it had been a light, frosty green and also the purple lineage was nowhere to be seen on our sample.

A fresh candy grape scent greeted us within the jar, and sweetened up even further when ground. there have been no traces of the other half of the lineage, it had been pure purple grape goodness.

While 2 of 3 reviewers found very little else apart from a smokey, woody, hashy taste, one reviewer picked up a faint sweet grape. it had been definitely subdued, and far of that was most likely because of the entire lack of moisture within the sample… The smoke was comparatively harsh and expansive, burning into a thick yellow cloud that created us cough. It burned to a light grey mottled ash, indicating a solid flush.

(We aren’t doctors – personal opinion ONLY) Energy at first, slight mood elevation, ocular attention throughout, sleep aid towards the end… a varied experience.

We want to do this one once it’s fresh from a cure jar and sitting around 100% moisture instead of at the uber-dry state in which we got this one. It appears that the status level sucked a lot of of the flavour out of it, creating the smoking experience tougher than it required to be. Despite that, it had been a fragrant and rather potent sample that sent us on an up-then-down journey. those who like the purple/grape qualities in bag appeal however need more of a Sativa experience (at least at first) should check this one out.
